Dr. Rachel Duda, Psychologist and Owner

Dr. Rachel Duda has roots in both the east coast and midwest. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. She completed both her Master of Science and Doctoral degrees in Clinical Psychology at Pacific University’s School of Graduate Psychology in Oregon. During her doctoral studies, much of her clinical training was spent in adult outpatient and college/university settings, providing individual and group psychotherapy to clients of varying backgrounds and clinical presentations. She also has additional experience in pre-surgical evaluation utilizing neuropsychological assessment. For her thesis and dissertation research, Dr. Duda focused on topics of trauma/PTSD, attachment, and intimate partner violence. Her dissertation specifically studied the prevalence and awareness of intimate partner violence among a college student population.

In 2016, Dr. Duda completed her APA-accredited pre-doctoral internship at the University of Connecticut’s Counseling and Mental Health Services, and in the year following, completed her post-doctoral fellowship at Tufts University Counseling and Mental Health Services. From 2017-2019, Dr. Duda provided individual psychotherapy as a staff psychologist at Commonwealth Psychology Associates, a multi-disciplinary behavioral health practice in Boston’s Financial District, before starting her own practice in July 2019.

In her free time, Dr. Duda enjoys skiing, trips to the beach, traveling, spending time with family and friends, as well as supporting her alma mater’s various sports teams (Go Badgers!).

Dr. Duda is a PSYPACT participating psychologist and is also certified in perinatal mental health counseling (PMH-C).
