Individual Psychotherapy

Dr. Duda provides individual psychotherapy for late adolescents and adults presenting with a wide range of clinical presentations and backgrounds. She practices from an integrative lens utilizing a variety of theoretical perspectives, with the goals of fostering a collaborative and authentic therapeutic environment to meet the individual needs of her clients. Her style is warm and engaged, holding an accepting/non-judgmental stance. Dr. Duda draws specifically from humanistic, relational, Psychodynamic, Cognitive Behavioral and Dialectical Behavioral approaches to support her clients in enhancing self-awareness/insight, reducing distress, and ultimately achieving a greater quality of life.

Postdoctoral Supervision

Dr. Duda will have a slot available for one postdoctoral psychologist looking for hours for licensure in the state of Colorado. Postdoctoral candidates will have access to a caseload between 25-30 clients depending on comfort/skill level, with varying presentations and backgrounds. Supervision will include an hour weekly meeting to discuss and process cases. Candidates will also have experience of billing insurance, operating an EHR (simple practice), and managing a private practice caseload. Other opportunities for training as desired can also be included (i.e., trainings, group therapy). Any interested candidates can email Dr. Duda for more information.
